Sylhet college girl on life-support
The Sylhet female college student Nargis who was hacked by a `so called` lover is now on life-support at the Square Hospital in the capital.
Her uncle Abdul Quddus confirmed the news over mobile phone on Tuesday.
He said, “Nargis was referred to Square Hosptial from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College and Hospital as her condition deteriorated on Monday night. She had been on life-support since Tuesday morning.”
“Her condition is alarming,” Quddus said quoting physicians of the hospital.
A youth named Badrul Alam, 27, hacked Khadiza Begum Nargis, 23, a second year honors student of Sylhet Women College, by a machete while she was leaving Sylhet Murari Chand (MC) College after appearing in the examination there, leaving her critically injured on Monday.
